Q1. What are the conditions to return a product?

Before returning an item, please read through our Return Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.

You have 7 calendar days (excluding products with warranty) after item delivery to notify us that you want to return your product.

If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling Customer Service at the number (081)-2867700.

Q2. How much time within which return is accepted?

Items sold on can be returned within a period of  7 days (excluding products with warranty) from delivery date, provided they are eligible for return.

Example: If I received my product on 1st, I have until the 8th to contact Customer Service.

Customer Service agents are available at (081)-2867700, from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, 6 days a week (Friday Holiday).

Note: You have 7 days (excluding products with warranty) from the day you received your purchase to call our helpline number to initiate your return. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty, and contact the manufacturer or our customer service representative to assist you in replacement.

Q3. What are the conditions for returning an item and what is the procedure?

Return is accepted only when any of the following conditions are met …


  1. Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
  2. Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery
  3. Item has the warranty (warranty card or invoice receipt with warranty stamp)


  1. You found cheap alternative at or any other e-commerce website
  2. You changed your mind or don’t like the item
  3. If the product is defected, damaged or broken from your end.

What are the conditions for returning the item?

  • Seal must be intact if there is one, item in original condition
  • Item must not be used
  • Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc)
  • All items (including the free promotional items) that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will be invalidated.

How long after delivery can I submit my claim and what do I do?

  1. 7 days to call (excluding products with warranty) Customer Service
  2. Fill the return form sent on your provided email by customer service representative
  3. Take a print of return form and put inside the product parcel to be returned

What do I get and when?


  • Shopping Voucher: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-4 business days
  • EasyPaisa Transfer: 3-4 business days
  • Replacement: 4-5 business days

Important Note: We are not responsible for the product returning charges paid by you to the courier, if the returning conditions are proven invalid.

Q4. Is my product under warranty?

If you receive a product with warranty card or invoice with warranty stamp, your product is under warranty.

Note: always provide manual or computerized invoice with every single product purchased. If the invoice is without warranty stamp clearly means that it’s not under warranty.

Q5. What information are initially ask, while claiming return?

Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information to our Customer Service Representative:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Your complete Name & Address.
  3. The reason for the return.
  4. The method of refund/replacement that you would like
  5. The necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.) for refund.

Q6. How to send a faulty product back to

  1. Take the facility from nearest TCS, LCS or OCS company.
  2. Sent us the picture of invoice (at our whatsapp number) you paid to the courier company
  3. Your payment will be adjusted in refund amount :)

Important Note: We are not responsible for the product returning charges paid by you to the courier, if the returning conditions are proven invalid.

Q7. What checks are done by after receving the product?

Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Check team.

We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.

Q8. How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?

This quality evaluation process may take about 2 business days.

Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.

Q9. May I request a replacement rather than refund?

If you prefer to replace your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. If you choose a refund voucher, you can also use it to buy a similar product on yourself.

Q10. If my returned product is invalidated for return, how am I informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

Note: We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.
